This is a progressive relaxation technique which will, over a period of time, condition an individual to achieve the Esdaile State.
Using this passive technique with your clients, you will find that most individuals will eventually achieve the Esdaile State.
There is no way to determine how long it may take an individual to achieve the Esdaile State.
However, a person listens to a recording of you performing this on an audio CD in the privacy of their own home at least once each day, that person will eventually achieve the Esdaile State.
I give an audio CD in my own voice to my clients who are having difficulty with achieving the Esdaile State through the use of the speed techniques to use at home for conditioning. I recommend that you do the same.
